Role

To enhance customer relationships and increase profits through a deep understanding of NECI offerings and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insight: Maintain and utilize knowledge of business outcomes delivered to other customers.
  • Industry Fluency: Come with and continue to build domain knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry and Process Automation.
  • Revenue Management: Own and manage revenue targets for a multi-million dollar portfolio of strategic account(s)
  • Account Planning:
    • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Outline customer’s business, including products, processes, markets, and industry dynamics.
    • Identify customer’s Critical Success Factors (CSF) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and align them to our solutions.
    • Craft and enact executive engagement plans.
    • Set NECI business objectives and revenue goals.
    • Develop strategies to increase overall revenue and profitability.
  • Business Leadership: Diagnose recurring problems and propose solutions to optimize profits for both companies.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a consultant to align proper solutions to solve customer pains.

Desired Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, especially in Technology or Engineering.
  • Industry Experience: Manufacturing (shop floor to top floor) experience preferred.
  • Sales Expertise:
    • 5+ years in sales with demonstrated consultative and strategic selling skills.
    • Ability to create and orchestrate actionable, team-focused sales strategies.
    • Experience with Process Control Systems is a strong positive.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
